No, we didn’t mispell it, we are talking cacao! What’s the difference between this and the cocoa you might be used to? It’s temperature and nutrients! Cocoa is processed at significantly higher temperatures than cacao resulting in it’s sweeter flavor and degrading the nutritional content. We refuse to rob you of these nutrients, so we only use raw, organic cacao in all of our recipes.
